Greg Young

Greg Young was born in Bundaberg, Queensland and is a fourth generation of sugar industry pioneers who founded the Fairymead Sugar Company later to become the cornerstone of the Bundaberg Sugar Company.

Greg grew up in the historic Fairymead House built by his great grandfather Ernest Young. In 1988 the home was given to the City of Bundaberg as a bicentennial gift and is now located in the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens.

Greg Young was born in Bundaberg, Queensland and is a fourth generation of sugar industry pioneers who founded the Fairymead Sugar Company later to become the cornerstone of the Bundaberg Sugar Company.

Greg grew up in the historic Fairymead House built by his great grandfather Ernest Young. In 1988 the home was given to the City of Bundaberg as a bicentennial gift and is now located in the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens.

Greg commenced his real estate career by joining the Ray White office at Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland in 1982. In 1985 he was offered a partnership in the office and Greg held the franchise for Ray White on the coast for 24 years. Over the years Greg has been involved with Ray White offices at Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kawana Waters, Wurtulla, Caloundra, Coolum and Commercial Sunshine Coast.

Greg was awarded the “Auctioneer of Excellence” award and the prestigious” Max White” award from the Ray White group. The later award is presented to one person each year for their outstanding contribution to the Ray White Group.

Greg has also completed an Associate Diploma of Business (Real Estate Valuation).

Greg has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he has gained over his long real estate career. Today, Greg has a boutique real estate company – Young Property Group that specialises in the marketing and selling of lifestyle properties throughout the greater Sunshine Coast.
