Leon Kane

Even though Leon has been around his father Nev’s real estate office his whole life, he first began working in real estate sales in 1997, when he brought with him his previous knowledge from the building industry as a qualified electrician. Even though Leon has been around his father Nev’s real estate office his whole life, he first began working in real estate sales in 1997, when he brought with him his previous knowledge from the building industry as a qualified electrician. He then became a real estate agent in 2001, and has been working in the family business ever since.

Leon is a long-standing member of the REIQ and was awarded the title of Fellow of the REIQ (FREIQ) in 2017. He is a former long-standing board member of the REIQ Commercial and Industrial Chapter, as well as an active member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA Qld).

As the Office Manager at Nev Kane Real Estate in Yandina, he brings years of experience in the industry. Between 2003 – 2009, he was also the Licensee and Manager at ‘Marsh and Kane Real Estate’ in Noosaville, which encompassed sales, property management and holiday letting.

Leon takes an active role in the ongoing development and sales of ‘Emerald Views Estate’ which began over twenty five years ago, as well as developing and managing all commercial properties for the Nev Kane Group.
