Last year the farm produced 2,733 tonnes at an average of 170 tonnes per ha. The 2018 first and third ratoon crop will yield approximately 2,500 tonnes which can be included in the sale.

Rich in water supplies and irrigated by three centrifugal bore pumps. The farm also has the Lower Burdekin Water Board channel running alongside the property so there is always total replenishment to the underground aquifer. There is no limit to water pumped with only an annual area charge payable to the water board.
