Water supply comes from two 6” electric centrifugal pumps on bores and a 6” open water electric pump on a large lagoon on the property supplied from the Lower Burdekin Water board pumps in the Burdekin River. The farm has a 400 megalitre open water entitlement which is charged at $19.01 per megalitre above the area rate of $132.63 per ha for the cultivated area. If Sugar cane is grown Wilmar Sugar subsidies this rate by $43.77 per ha. There is also a smaller 3” diesel driven centrifugal pump and an electric jet pump to supply domestic supply and garden needs. There is also a 24,000 litre poly tank for collecting rainwater,

The comfortable four bedroom lowset concrete block home sits in a shady garden environment.
