Opened in 1988 and servicing committed Sydney & International buyers; the property covers a total of 169.3Ha (418Ac), containing 34 specially designed ponds producing premium quality prawns and is recognised as a market and industry leader.

Focus has always been on quality, not volume so having reached retirement age, the owners have wound back production volumes over the past 4 years. Now rather than quantity they specialise in quality; supplying a larger & tastier boutique product, sold at premium prices.

On offer is 129.5ha developed under aquaculture licence; with over 20ha Water Supply system incl: Reservoir, Supply Canals & Settlement Pond; 6Ha of Water Inlets and Feeder Channels able to produce we are told, 10ton of grown fat juicy Yamba Prawns per ha – that's a lot of production and a bigger lot of income with today's increased demand and prices!

The primary residence is a brick & tile structure of 175m2. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower & toilet) plus 2 car garage. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, dining, living-room, kitchen, bathroom and 2nd toilet.
