The block itself needs a good clean up - nothing that a big tractor and blade or a small D4 dozer couldn't handle in a week! No one has maintained the block for a few years so it needs slashing and some small tree suckers cleared.

The fencing is not perfect, it needs work but most of the fence line has fencing it's just that it is not perfect!

It's over grown on the steep river bank, yes it's steep, but many years ago when I sold this block to the current owner there was a walking track down (indeed I think by memory it was a steep driving access) however after many years and a few floods who knows what the bank looks like down there.
