These practices underpin the long-term wheat and lupin yield of 1.68t/ha and 1.15t/ha respectively.

Infrastructure is well maintained and commensurate to the property. A fully enclosed 22m x 16m general purpose shed and 11m x 16m workshop are complemented by three strategically located rolling roof fertiliser sheds and approximately 190t grain storage over 5 silos.

Binnu (BOM station 8010) has an annual mean average rainfall of 340mm, while coastal locations such as Lynton (BOM station 8075) located 30km southwest of 'Harbrook' has an average of 390mm.
