The water supply at 'Bingarra' is exceptional. Two reliable, quality bores are equipped with solar pumps that supply spray water via a 50,000 litre tank as well as reticulating across the farm for stock water and for use at the farm home for garden and general use. The farm is also connected to the scheme water supply with more connections available if needed and there are also three freshwater dams.

The farm features all weather gravel access roads, strategic shelter belts, 'stockproof' fencing, with three road frontages and six Ninghan locations that allow the property to be split if required.

The farm homestead is a modest, comfortable family home, fibro construction with a tin roof and is three to four bedrooms depending on the needs of the new owners.
